DTU power distribution network feeder automation device with characters of high stability and reliability

 

DTU power distribution network feeder automation device is used for terminal monitoring for RMU, small switching station,can connect with master station and realize the electrical signal gathering and control from multi-lines, fault detection, fault area location, isolation and non-fault area power restore to improve power supply reliability.

The TYHD-DTU distribution automation remote terminal (hereinafter referred to as the distribution terminal) is a new generation of power distribution terminal based on the latest generation of automated remote terminal technology. Has the following features;

1. High-reliability software platform: The software platform uses a powerful Linux multi-tasking multi-threaded real-time operating system.

2. Design: The core unit adopts 4U standard chassis design, and each function module is configured in the form of plug-in, which is convenient to maintain.

3. Self-test: It has high reliability circuit design and perfect diagnosis and self-recovery function.

4. Flexible configuration and configuration function: The DTU function in the power distribution terminal can realize flexible combination through software configuration configuration.

5. Real-time monitoring: DTU function module monitors 10kV line voltage, line current, zero sequence current, equipment status and other operation and fault information in real time, completes remote signaling, telemetry and remote control functions, realizing real-time monitoring of distribution network automation;

6. Protection function: It can detect line fault and overload status function, and can detect line zero sequence overvoltage, zero sequence overcurrent, line overload, line overcurrent, phase-to-phase short circuit protection, etc. It can be flexibly set to alarm and trip action. And record the fault event.

7. Communication management module: It has multiple modes of communication interface and various standard communication protocols. In addition to the internal data management function of the terminal, it can also forward the energy meter, PLC and DC screen data in the power distribution room or the switch station. The standard unified interface communicates with the master station system to perform functions such as data transmission.

8. Hardware: The power distribution terminal adopts modular design. The powerful software and hardware configuration and configuration functions not only meet the DTU real-time requirements, but also realize the data storage and recording function. At the same time, the line microcomputer protection independent configuration function can be realized and successfully solved. 9. Fault recording function: The first two cycles of the fault line and the three cycles after the fault are recorded when the device is fault recorded, and 64 points are accepted for each cycle. Detailed analysis of the recorded files can be performed using the device maintenance tool, and the waveform details are available at a glance.
